Thanks to a group of lovely young gentlemen ( read c*&ts) in ultimo I am the proud owner of a smashed pfront passenger window.

What's the best option ? it's a manual window winder as well.

Call windscreens Obrien, get one from a wrecker, call ford (last option)

Need to do something tomorrow morning I guess so fast responses apopreciated. Donations of Front passenger windows gratefully accepted :-)

My suggestion would be to ring around some wreckers and see if you can get only the glass or the glass and the rail as sometimes they will not seperate. Expect it to cost a bit though.

Had this happen to me about 2 years ago. I went for the O'Briens option, prompt service and done on site, and if I recall was not that much more than purchasing from Ford.

worth about $140.00 from ford plus labour takes about 1/2 hour
so around $35-40

I had tinted windows so I ended up getting a place in parramatta to fit the new one plus tint for $245.

Expensive but oh well it's something that had to be paid for and I couldn't be arsed looking around to save $10 at the end of the day.
