G'day all, just wondering if anyone has and thoughts on what are better or worse Spark Plug Brands? With out going in to the expensive stuff, just in the regular type plug. Years ago it seemed Champion were the only plug for the high performance user, but something must of happen along the way as they are now in Australia seen as the cheaper, low quality plug. Denso now seems to be the plug of choice and NGK as the standard higher quality. You don’t seem to here much about AC Delco Plugs but I think there one of higher quality plugs. What are most of you guy’s using in your V8’s.
I use NGK's, champion went bad some years ago, and havent really made it back up into the market.
I've had trouble with Bosch plugs, basically they wont ignite a rich mixture as well as the ngk's
Motorcraft plugs are the same as denso's i think??
I havent used motorcraft ones since i had my XE, that was years ago, i think they were remarked champions back then?
I had heaps of probs with plugs in my XB, tried them all at one time or another, then i heard about Splitfire plugs, a bit pricey at $12 each, had the same set of plius for around 4 years now, best thing since sliced bread
