If you don't want to buy a new inhibitor switch, just take it out and wire it up so u can start in any gear. Saves u money, but is a bit dodgy if u aren't careful what gear its in b4 starting. Did this to my old XE and never had a drama. Not ideal, but if moneys a problem it would work for a while
