I got a 2nd hand rack and its got no place for the pressure switch! 99% sure its from an EA-ED and looks exactly the same.

The flat spot is there where it should be...

Anyone heard of this?

Its for a V8. The pressure switch is only used on idle on the sixes, if your engine is running well you don't need it.

Hmm that clears things up I guess..

Still I'd have to see how it goes turning the wheel at idle in case it decides to stall, which I think it probably will. And it which case it will probably have to bypassed or something..

they will stall without it unfortunatly. my uncle sealed it off after it started leaking on his EB, have to be a bit careful in carparks now :/
