T-Grille

I have just made up a T-Grille for my AUII.

And a close up with FLASH on full ball.

Thats why you can see the radiator and **** behind it.
I might put some black mesh or something behind it to cover up the radiator etc.

Looks cool mate, definitly looks better than the regular XD style vertical grill fitted the the AU2.

Good stuff. Should take a piccie of the whole car so we can see the full effect.

EF, Yep will do. I'll take one out in the Sun tomorrow. (Was getting dark when i was taking those).

basically I cut some alloy woven mesh to size, screwed in place of the existing AUII bars on the grille.

Then I put some silicone ulong the edges on the back to re-inforce the mesh to the surround.

Then I brought some chrome strip with a small black lip on the edge. I placed the black lip around the mesh to help hold in place and also to cover the jagged edges. and stuck it down.
