Is the EF XR6 standard front bumper the same as the Tickford front bumper? I know it's still made by Tickford, but if you bought an XR6 EF without a kit, and decided to put a Tickford kit on it, do you really need to change the front bar?

I know it will fit, but isn't the stock front exactly the same? Or is the only difference is the lips on the side?

Ford XR6 Front Bar = Tickford XR6 Front Bar. They only ever used one bar, it was put on when the car was being built (i think?), and if you specified you wanted a Tickford bodykit, they just stuck it onto that.

ALL XR front bars from EF and EL series are the same apart from the grill (EL has one and EF doesnt), and they will fit any EF or EL (except a Fairmont or a Fairlane).

If you put a kit on it, I think you should get the EL Tickford kit as it is bigger and looks much better, imo.

EL kit is the better looking of the two.

You can use Ute side skirts on the wagon.
