Hey all

Im interested in keeping tabs on my Auto's temperature. Was wondering what the best way to do this was? (ie i want to have some sort of temp guage in the car, dont want a fluid filled type however)

You can get 1 temp gauge to do two functions - the engine oil temp and the trans temp. Just switch it over. Check out Autometer site.

I wonder where the best place to mount the sender unit would be? I have recently installed a tranny cooler with my Dad on his EB, so I would probably check the temps after it has cooled (ie after the fluid exits the cooler) not sure how I'd go about it on the EL....

Perhaps I should fit a tranny cooler in it as well? Wouldnt hurt I suppose...
