Don't know if this helps, but there's a mob in Queensland, not sure if it was Brisbane, who have been selling and installing turbo kits in XD-F's, amongst other things, for years and he was still around late last year /early this year. Kits at various levels and I'm pretty sure one includes manifold, so he might have them separately. Can't recall his or firm's name. You might pick it up from Qld yellow pages on web.
