Do you have directional tyres fitted. If so, you can only move back to front and vice versa on the same side of the car. If you have 'normal' tyres (eg Dunlop SP3000A, Monza 200 etc), you can rotate the tyres to any corner of the car you want.
But, If your right rear is wearing faster than the others, I wouldn't put it in the front at all - your steering wheels are more important than your power wheels - just rotate left to right on the back.
