has anyone ever actually had a good expirence with them?

I still got what i wanted fixed, but its just so annoying how your treated like crap. Love the cars, Hate the dealers! never going there again.

Here's an idea, treat your customers nice, and they might actually come back again.

well, turns out, what i asked for to be changed wasnt.

my lower radiator hose wasnt changed, it has the marks i put on it before sending it in. they still swear its been changed.

my climate control panels been pushed in and its clips broken, its not sitting properly in the dash anymore.

and they've got petrol all over my drivers seat. i had my tank repaired.

A class job thats for sure.

never had any problems with the used car dealer I got my car from (Geoff Muir in Granville - he isnt there anymore)

A week after I picked up my car, I went in for a new radiator, weather strip, and new head light (not just the globe - the whole light!)

I mentioned to the guy I didnt know how to use the cruise control, so he taught me how to use it.

And for the next 2 years after that - I got Birthday cards off them, with scratchie tickets inside (I even won $5 once)

they were very good to me the first time i went there, replaced 12 items i complained about free of charge. this was a ford dealer.

but on the second return with another list of 12 items wasn't so well received. i only got a couple of things changed, and the rest i was lied to about. but my premium care kicks in very soon so i wont even go back there again, i can goto any ford dealer for warranty claimes. and can have my car serviced by anyone
