There is a car for sale that has 8000 miles on it but is heavy water damage. The car is 30,000$ + and can be bought for 10,000. Is it worth buying? It came from New Orleans flood

Only if you are prepared to strip , clean and repaint everything with rust remover and spend far more in time and materials than your saving offers , if you want a quick patch and sale then I leave it to your morals ...
