What is this light ?

On my 91 EB1 Fairmont there is a warning light in the middle at the bottom. It has what looks like a radiator with a fan in the middle. I assume it is low coolant light. Am I right ?
Next is the damn thing is on but I have heaps of coolant and when I disconnect it the warning light flashes quickly. What could be making it stay on all the time ? Is it stuffed and I need a new one ? If so how hard are they to replace and rough cost ?

Also any idea where I can get an owners manual for the car ?.

Yep, you're right.
I haven't looked at mine in a while, but am pretty sure you can clean them.

Clean them ?? How do they work ? and how do you clean them ?

The sensor fall apart inside the recovery tank. They can be repaired with care but a new one is easier.

I have a tank here with sensor that I don't use. Penrith Parramatta area..
