The drivers side window keeps playing up in my xh. The plastic bit which holds the window glass to the wind-up assembly keeps working its way lose. I put it back in, but it keeps falling out. What's the easiest solution? Does anyone know the part no for this? Should i glue it? It wouldnt matter so much because i always use the air cond, but when you have to go the drive-thru, no go. Havent been pulled up yet, but if i did, and the window dosent wind down, does that make it a defective vehicle?

When i was doing all the electrics in my car, the window wasn't working cause of a power fault. Anyway that night i went through an RBT and when i pulled up next to the cop I just opened my door. He didn't say nothing, so just try that if you do get pulled over.
