gday, i was just in ford mods site looking around and i saw this mod where you can fit a xf snorkel on an eb. just wondering what sort of benefit you get from that mod. does the xf snorkel allow more air flow or something. would it be worth doing to an ea and do you experience any sort of power increase?
I think you'll find it's actually an XH ute snorkel mate.
When I fitted mine it didn't do anything power wise, just made the car want to rev a bit easier and also may have given me a slightly better economy.
It's worth doing since the XH snorkel only costs around $30 from spare parts.

Like 'Loverboy' said, it is likely the XH snorkel, and it won't help while the engine is standard, but it may help once you start modifying with cams etc.
