XG ute dash

ok here goes, i hope someone can help me as i have been reading all the posts and am unsure as to which inst cluster is in my XG. i would like to get rid of the crap povo one thats in there now but dont know if i can use EA/EB inst or i have to go backwards and use the XF type. and also if there is any wiring changes that need to be made.
any help would be great.

if your dash looks like this without the tacho and other instruments then you can use the EA/EB style.http://www.fordgallery.com/showphoto...cat/500/page/1

however if it looks like the xf style with the crappy speedo slide thing then you will need to use the xf type.

if its ea/eb type and you have smartlock make sure you get one with the smartlock light.

I used to have an XG as well, the XG has the EA EB ED cluster.

Get the EA EB ED Higher series cluster with the tacho and instruments as well, theyre the only ones that will work.

I tried putting an el series cluster in mine but they dont fit....
