Mr Cube

Hi,

My mate has just bought a really nice EF Ute (don't know the ute model, but it is the same as the EF) and he wants to fit an EL XR front end to it...

So I just have a few questions on his behalf..

Has anyone done this? heard of it? easy job? is it pricey?

its deffinately do-able.
i've seen quite a few ppl who have done it.
a lot of EF Sedan's that i've seen have done it.
not sure whats involved exactly, new lights, new bumper.
i think its the same bonnet.

i dont htink that the parts from a sedan to the ute are interchangeable, they are different, look at the lines of them, they still use xf doors! u can put the front onto a xd-f it looks like, look at a sedan and ute next to eachother, and you will see

Cubie - I think it's the XH ute, and you would need to get the XH Ute XR front end to fit it - The sedans are different to the utes.
