xr6 respray

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on a few things.
First of all I think i might have to get my bonnet resprayed
there's a few stone chips and a bird dropping that had eatin away
the paint ggggggggrrrr I hate that but it was already there when i bought it from the last owner.

also there's a few little dints on all the doors went & seen a bloke at a smash repair shop he said they can fix them up so that means the doors would have to be reprayed again he said he could do the bonnet the guards the doors for around $3500 hmmmmm it's not cheap
I thought the price was a bit high.

Anyway I rang up this other bloke and i can have the dints pushed out from all the doors without repraying.
I'm thinking about this option because it would be heaps cheaper
what does everyone think??

the paintwork on the doors seem to be ok i guess
I had a few options
first I was thinking of getting a full respray but i think it would cost to much $$$$.

second was just get the bonnet + guards reprayed
& get the dints pushed out from the doors
and a few other places fixed up
this option would be alot cheaper

Most places i went to said just get the bonnet + guards resprayed
and the doors don't look to bad just the dints pushed out and it should look alright

just want to fix my car up so I have it looking nice

any advice would be great thanks

Re: xr6 respray

what colour was it? just wondering cause if its a dark colour, Id get the dents pushed out and resprayed, If a light colour, maybe just get them pushed out, light colours hide small imperfections well, dark does not, got any pics?
