hey,
im thinking of putting an au xr8 snorkel on my ef but im just wonderin, is there any benefit of doing thisbecause there is no grille on the front of the car for the air. my ef has the airbox and a pipe where i presume the snorkel fits but no snorkel on it. is this normal or am i missing something?

It still picks up cooler air from in front of the radiator. Your EF should have a snorkle, but it must have been removed. To fit the AU one on an EF, you need to modify your fan shroud, otherwise just get an EL XR8 snorkle which actually flows better and fits straight on. THe down side of the EL one is that you don't get the tickford wings on the snorkle like the AU one has.
