hi mark here i was just reading of the part on how big a tyre you can run on a te , i have just had my te cortina mini tubbed and a 9" diff shortened and the biggest trye i was told use was a 255x60x15 on an 8" rim with 3.5b/s as i have yet to put wheels on my car i am now wondering if i should buy 275's as i would love the bigger tyre on it so now im a bit confused ???

if its just been tubbed and they told you to use a 255 tyre you better check it out with the company who tubbed it to make sure a 275 will fit before you buy them. they may of said 255 cos thats the biggest tyre that will fit in the tubs. cheers
