can anyone tell me if xd xe xf 6cyl auto's bolt straight into 6cyl te cortina's. It is to replace a blown unit. 250 alloy head crossflow. Are the extension housings the same etc??? Thanks.
from as far as i know they are exactly the same
if u got a bit of power, try and find an xf efi one, theyre a bit tougher
and as theyre "newer" u may be able to find one in reasonable nick.
