Hello i am looking to import to the Uk a mk5 82-84 model ...xr6. 3.0litre.
I know that in australia , there are some 3.3 litre and 4.4 litre versions available...

my question is this, does anyone have any details on where i can find such a beasst... not to fussed on the state on the body work....as ill be doing a restore...

engine has to be fairly decent..

any advise glady welcomed...

4.1 not 4.4 :)

200 and 250 ci

im not familiar with them being called XR6 as only the late model falcon was called XR6 but i could be wrong :)

I think the xr6 may have just been a south african version then as it was only produced with the v6 3litre block, not the 3.1. or 4.1 litre as in australia..

An interceptor, version was also available with with only 250 produced. i've attached a link so you will know what im talking about.

dont bother with a interceptor....you'll never find one, and the guys that have them wont sell
