Drop Tank For MKV Cortina

ok I am thinking of doing some thing different with the ol MKV.

I want to drop in a 80+ Litre drop tank in the the rear end, would prefer a 100 litre droptank or I could do something unuiqe and do a Keg as a fuel tank donno if it's a good idea or not.

but the idea of a huge drop tank really pops my cork

Mate just drop a 20 gallon fuel cell RCI. If your username is anything to go buy, I would assume you have bit of a street/strip. If not whatever suits your fancy, I mean if the car's going to look the part and when you start up it sounds like something your grandmother would drive then the only cork that will be popping is off your head.

Like I said an RCI fuel cell is compact and will fit between the rails, obviously you will lose your spare tyre space whether you mount it up into the trunk area or lower it down. I'll be lowering mine so as to comply with Qld Dept of Transport rules for external filling to get the natural fall of filling.
