Question MK II cortina manual

I'm wondering wheather anyone happens to have a not overly expensive
ford factory cortina mark II manual they want out of. I have the glove box books and three bloody Gregories manuals (SP actually) for the car,
heck I've even got the 1968 edition of wheels with there write up on the release of the GT MK II, I'm chaseing the chrome trim too, I know where
some is but it's still on the car and the man says "buy the car, you get the
trim!" After the last clean up, I'm not realy keen on takeing any more shells to the dump.

Re: MK II cortina manual

Hey,

I'll have a look next time I'm visiting my baby. I may have a set of the chrome spears that go along the rear doors/rear guards lying about - and the gutter trim.

Is that the trim you're after? From memory, GTs never had the spears, but I may be wrong.

L8a,
Prud

Re: MK II cortina manual

I havent seen any clear photos of the correct trim but
aparently there should be trim over the front and rear wheel arches plus a set on the doors. I believe in most instances it would have been removed to stop rust or because of rust. If this is the trim you have please contact me or give more information. thanks for repling too!

I have MKI,TC,TD and the 250cu 6cyl aussy cortina manual all by ford plus escort MKI,II and rally prep plus escourt 78-81. Still no MKII

Re: MK II cortina manual

Keep browsing ebay; Second hand book shops and the odd motoring book shop may be of assistance.

Could also contact a few pommy ford clubs, and see if they could put in a wanted listing in their club mag for you.
