The roll cage is just a bolt in job, came with the car, but was never installed, i just clamped it in using 10mm plate.
The motor has a standard bottom end, balanced, ARP bolts, cement filled block, ported head, YT roller rockers, heavy duty springs with locating shims, crow lifters and push rods,cam (unknown spec), double row timing chain, ICE dizzy, 10.5mm leads, 750dp holly on a redline manifold. Thats about it really made 300hp at the flywheel. Came 2nd in HP heros at the nats 3years ago with close to 220rwhp.
When it ran 12.8 that was with slicks, a shitty BW single rail and a mini spooled 3.9diff (which i snaped after launching hard on the street), so now it just has a standard 2.9 in it, and i chucked the single rail and put a toploader in.
Ahh next project is a 5L LJ 2 door.......
