Re: New photos

Hey,

Sorry to tell you man but as far as I know nobody makes a 17" tube anywhere in the world. I work at a Bridgestone store in South Australia and have hit this problem with 17's before and you can't get tubes.

I have fixed thousands of punctures in my time and have seen it all. From what you are telling me it's definently the rim and not the tyre. If you brought it to me I would blow it up to about 34 psi (or more) then dunk it in the tank of water and look to see where the bubbles come out. If it was the rim I would mark where it is leaking with some chalk, take the tyre off and send the rim away to be repaired.

If it was from the bead I would strip tyre off wire brush the bead on the rim wipe over the bead on the tyre with liquid buff and refit tyre with plenty of soap.

Hope this helps

note Bob jane are wankers, try to get it to a Bridgetsone store

let me know how it goes

Andrew
