Question. about TD

would a MKIV aussie assembled cortina gaurds and hood fit on a std cortina?

I would like to replace the front end of my MKV 2.3 for the TD front end.

will use standard cumpers tho unless I find some.

Might be a bit of massaging; I thought the TD Guards were curved where they meet the door, where as the MKV ones look straighter...

the MK4 cortina is the same as the aussie TE and then yes the guards would fit with little modification. i think the TD was called the MK3 "special" or "series 2" everywhere else in the world.

i would have thought the same thing ebxr. the side profiles on a TD are completely different to a TE/F(Mk4/5) so it'd take a bit of work. if u wanna go that far then u could make anything fit.
