slicks 4 corty

i have a 250 te corty that was planning on draggin n i was wondering wats the biggest set of slicks any 1 has got under the ass of a corty

i have a td, and it has 245 60 15's that JUST fit under std back arches.

if u get the right offset rim u can just squeeze a 265 in there. i didnt think it possible til i seen it on a TD with dragway indi's. althought it had the 5stud falcon brake conversion.

Factory tubs probably 8". I'll be using most likely 10" on 8.5-9" rim but that's with mini tubbing.

yeah how much can i expect to pay for tubbing the shitter? does much chopping and welding have to be done?

I have a set of 14x7 Dragways on my TE Ghia with 245/50/14. I was planning to fit 26x8.5x14 MT slicks but haven't needed to just yet !!!

26x10x15 fit with plently of clearance, providing the wheel backspacing is optimal.

I ran 275/50/15's on the street and could have gotten 295's under there.

This is with a TD wagon. Dont know how they compare to sedans.
