Thumbs up TF Cortina Questions

Gday everyone i've got a few questions about TF Cortinas.

What years was the TF built in?

Did they come with a 250 crossflow from the factory? If so how much power did they have stock?

Were they coil spring rear ends?

How much would a TF cost that was in resonibale condidtion?

Would be great if someone would be able to post up some pictures of the inside and outside of a TF.

Thanks Chris

the 250 x-flow had about 95 kW in the Falcons and should be similar for the cortinas.

I have the official Ford manual for the TE and TF. So if you want any specific info, just ask...

Re: TF Cortina Questions

hey, they were built in 1979 - 1982, they have the 6cyl 250 crossflow with alloy head or cast iron, with approx 95 kw stock, you can buy them registered for anywhere above $1000, but i have 1 in reasonable condition and 1 wreck and alot of parts you can have if you can can find a way to get them. their both 4cyl though.

nup.

te-tf="square"

td=some have two 'rounded square' headlights, some have two circular headlights (denotes 4 cylinder I believe).

tc=six cylinder models have quad round headlights, 4 cylinder models have two round.
