Dude, no offense, but are you on crack? Who would call their front guard a mud guard? I think 99% of people would call mud guards the things you call mud flaps.
Though I do like the sound of mud flaps better for some reason...... ....wonder why that is? lol.
No crack here... its what they're called. As for the 99% of people idea, anyone with an idea of what the proper name for parts are on a car would agree with me.

Howdy Guys Just Thought Id Tell You A Bit About Mine Its A Td With A Rebuilt 250, Flowed Alloy Head, roller Rockers, Vortech Blower,6x4 Barrel Cooler, Electric Water Pump, supra 5 Speed, Hopper Stopper Front Brake Upgrade, 16 Inch Alloys, Auto Meter Custom Dash,im Still Working On The Injection Part As Im Not Sure Which Way To Go Yet,as In Problem One-the Head I Have Is A Standard Alloy Head Not Fuel Injection Head But Its Flowed Preety Good So I Was Gonna Run A V8 4barrel Fuel Injection Setup From Efi Hardware (throttle Body With 4 Injectores)or Problem Two-get A New Head Done And Run The Xf Fuel Injection Which Will Be A Problem Because Of The Alternater Which I Had To Move To That Side Because Of The Blower, So Id Probley Have To Fit A Custom Plenum So By The Time Ive Done A Another Head And Plenum, It Might Be Just As Cheap To Go The Throttle Body Set Up, Just Dont Know Yet.any Ideas Let Me Know Cheers.

I have recently purchased a MkII Cortina, and I have a plan of what I would ultimately like to do to it, if the budget allows.
I'd love to get rid of the 4 banger, and fit a 289 into it, with a 4 speed box and 9" diff and 4 wheel discs.
I plan to paint it slightly off-white, with deep red interior, I saw this combo on a MkII in my area, and fell in love with it. It is currently a light/pale blue.
Wheels, I'm thinking some GT 12 Slotters, or maybe some American Racing "Reversed Smoothies"
A big fuel cell in the boot, along with the battery and MSD Ignition Amplifier.
Sound System, nothing to flash, I'm not one of those guys who fills the boot and half the car with speakers and subs and amps. Just a CD Player, with some decent speakers will do me.
Basically I wann keep it as original as possible with a few cool custom mods for a bit of a personal touch.
