Oh yeah I forgot to mention, check out the website below, some of you may have already seen it, but HOLY CR*AP, A 550HP, 460 BIG BLOCK IN A MKII CORTINA, MADNESS!!

hey just bought a cortina te and tf for spares the te has a 250 out of a xf so im just starting my project any suggestions would be great

put a cranky v8 in it everyone is doing turbo250s now.

te cortina xf efi 250, caterpillar turbo, cooler, microtec, manualised c4 2800 stall, lsd 2.77, still finishing should only be two weeks away

Hi! i´m Tommi from Finland and i have 1978 Ford Taunus (cortina td??) with 2.3liter V-6 engine and 5-speed manual.suspension is -2" spax-springs and shocks is stiff adjustable. chassis is original otherwise ,but engine bonnet is little bit tune.wheels is 7x15" and tires is toyo proxes 205/55. here is some pictures.






and here i give starting help with my "winter-taunus" to other. its a -20 celsius cold..

hang on, what the hell is wrong with a turbo 250? haha they are all as good as each other... cept maybe a turbo windsor.... mmmmm

Nice cortina (taunusmk2) I never knew the TE came in LHD as well i thought they were only ever RHD but hey ya learn somthing every day...
