Howdy Guys Just Thought Id Tell You A Bit About Mine Its A Td With A Rebuilt 250, Flowed Alloy Head,roller Rockers, Vortech Blower,6x4 Barrel Cooler, Electric Water Pump,supra 5 Speed, Hopper Stopper Front Brake Upgrade, 16 Inch Alloys, Auto Meter Custom Dash,im Still Working On The Injection Part As Im Not Sure Which Way To Go Yet,as In Problem One-the Head I Have Is A Standard Alloy Head Not Fuel Injection Head But Its Flowed Preety Good So I Was Gonna Run A V8 4barrel Fuel Injection Setup From Efi Hardware (throttle Body With 4 Injectores)or Problem Two-get A New Head Done And Run The Xf Fuel Injection Which Will Be A Problem Because Of The Alternater Which I Had To Move To That Side Because Of The Blower, So Id Probley Have To Fit A Custom Plenum So By The Time Ive Done A Another Head And Plenum, It Might Be Just As Cheap To Go The Throttle Body Set Up, Just Dont Know Yet.any Ideas Let Me Know Cheers.

Hi fellow cortina addicts, I have a 1979 TE paint is hot house green with course silver(soon to b new xr8 orange), 15" silver pursuit rims. the engine (allthough about five years old and currently undergoing surgery)is an 84 model block with a very light crank, trw rods and hypertechnic pistons with a full arp stud kitted bottom end. The head currently flows 396hp but hopefully soon should flow a little over 400hp.pacemaker extractors and mandrel bent stainless 2.5" exhaust. Custom roller cam with manley black pushrods and crane roller rockers. It is EFI and runs off a microtech and a custom home made triple throttle body manifold. It has a 4 puk brass button clutch and billet flywheel, followed by a rebuilt djr turbo single rail. 3.50 minispool borgwarner diff. It is currently in pieces but should b back together just after chrisie also with a 100 shot of nos. has 287rwhp with a 12.8@16.2.Hopefully ill get close to the 11's with nos. Hope i didnt bore u all to death with that, but u did ask! Good to see some more quality cortys guy's, well done!

boosted22 do you have any pics of the hoppers brakes and how much was the coversion because i was thinking of the same for my turbo te?also any pics of your motor.cheers matt

maaate sounds like ya have it sussed...id go the throttle botty inj...should b a damn fine car when its done..
