Hello, I'm just wondering how much PSI one could put onto an xf motor?
What would be ideal compression for say 10psi?

Those motors run quite low comp...I think around 8.8 to 1...
10 Lp should be o/k with good tune and not much advance during peak torque...
Most std turbo motors run around 8 Lp boost...

More factors go into compression ratio than boost- ie using intercooler, advancing/retarding timing, fuel used, future plans etc.
But around 8 seems to be the go.
