can I supercharge a 4.6 F-150 with an eaton
I was wondering if it is possible to install an eaton supercharger from a 03 cobra mustang(DOHC) on a 98 Ford F-150. I believe it is an m90. What, if anything, must I do to properly and most efficiently install this roots style blower. Thanks for any possible help in my journey!

Yes if it's bassically the same engine...You may need the lightning inlet etc...

the motors are both 4.6 L, but the mustang is dual overhead cam and my truck is not. I know what the difference is between the two motors, but will that affect the output of the supercharger because of the one less pulley and the different location of the pulleys between the two motors.

That will not make a difference. You will want to beef up the bottom end like the 03 cobra has.

Will these bolt onto a BA 5.4?
I can get hold of a manifold and blower setup, complete with injectors etc.

Check the inlet. It would be the inlet to blower that would need to be checked..Pulleys are easy to set up...
It MAY be alittle small for a 5.4...

LunaticSVT,
Do you think I would need to sleeve my heads? I have the aluminum block and was told that it would need to be reinforced. When you say beef up the bottom end, what do you mean? Thanks for the help.
