i need advice on my engine...
its currently a 3.9 CFI.......
i have sourced a EF XR6 4.0L (115,000kms roughly) motor $1550 complete minus
the wiring loom and computer (damaged)
i have also found a Multipoint Injection setup
the complete setup to do the conversion for $250
also available is an EL XR6 head complete
with cam etc e.g in running order but
condition is unknown yet. $450
now the fun part...what i need to know from you guys is if its worth converting the current 3.9 cfi to multipoint and adding the EL XR6 head
or just dropping the EF XR6 engine in?
if i do decide to drop the 4.0L in will i need to change the computer and wiring loom? i know there are many posts regarding this matter but i need a DIRECT tip since i still don't understand how stuff works conversion wise... :(
your help will be very much appreciated

p.s my 3.9 CFI engine has 157,000kms on it at the mo and has noisy lifters
