Re: Did someone say supercharged?
Gunns, certainly not trying to be a rwkw hero. Maybe 190kw at the wheels - she's doing 116 back there at the moment (well, before last week, well - you know what i mean). Just lookin for some nice torque application without having to play "let's throw money at the internals". I'm sure there'll be plenty on NA guys'n'gals out there who will put me to shame on the dyno. I'm fine with that.. (*sniff*).
old_mate - yeah ive gone for the powerdyne so no 'whirring' to be heard - but the bypass valve sounds like a hovercraft at idle. Certainly got a few rubbernecks sitting in traffic this morning!
EFFalcon - tempting doesnt begin to describe it. All it would take is about 2inches of movement in my right foot.... but i have it under good authority this will COMPLETELY DESTROY the engine, which i am inclined to believe.
Almost got a full roll of pics (yeah still doing things the ol' fashioned way) but saving a few for next coat of wax so can show her off in all her glory.
And if anyone in SA needs the tools to get the pwr steering pulley on and off (yes, different tools) then sing out. These are now useless to me
