i can get a intercooler core for dirt cheap but the catch is its a truck core...now we all know that truck cores equal pressure drop. ive got a mate who reckons this is very small pressure drop and i shouldnt even worry bout it. what do u guys think is it worth spending a fortune on a proper core. i run twin t25s on a 250xflow at 15psi but am going to a GT40 which im guessing will be on a fair bit more boost.
another thing ive been told to do buy a well known intercooler fabricator is to run my cores vertically as opposed to horizontally to reduce lag and increase power...i really hate the way it looks but ive its going to make me more horsepower i guess i could live with it but it would shit me so much dat only a noticeable power gain would make me go that way...
XFs have huge area behind the bumbper for a intercooler would you all suggest keeping it a moderate size or goin as big as i can????
