Are the commodore s/c M90's?

Will a M90 work good on a worked crossflow 6 or would it be too much of a restriction,

This is just an idea but i plan to use an M90 sucking through a 4 barrel carb and into a custom air-water intercooler on a worked crossflow 6, do you reckon this could acheive 200rwkws or am i dreaming? and what psi should i need?

And finally would i have to run straight lpg to pass for an engineers certificate?
