need help on turbo set up

I am looking for info on putting twin turbos on a 351w.

Two SC 61's = trouble

Twim Precision SC61's Two turbo's off SVO 4cyl engine.Volvo's also had them..
Any T3 with .63 rear housing..
Single Precision SC62 or t70
