Roots?

i have a 80 fairmont, and i'm going to put a 351HO into it...
my question is; would it be wise to put a roots type blower on it.
next one is; who should i go through to get one?

thanx in advance

Re: Roots?

weiland blowers have always been real nice and also holley makes a small street blower for a more tame setup...but nuthing beats the look of a big weiland or some other brand blower stickin a foot out of the hood

Re: Roots?

My only experience has been with B&N. Blower looks and sounds good. Reliability great. Economical. Parts and service good. I had to tame it down to 7 psi to avoid head gasket and piston gland damage.
