Just wondering if anyone knows if the STA Powerflow superchargers were anygood? How would they compare to something like a Vortech V1?
Since they have gone broke I cannot find any information on them.

i dont know how they rate against vortec but ive got one. im building a drag car (ea auto ,ef block ,ea head quite a bit of port work, jim mock stage 5 cam intercooled ,and of course a sta superscharger with gates blower belt and billet alloy pulleys .i have heard they eat bearings but i had the same engine combo in another ea manual no probs with blower .
I've heard from a lot of people, especially ECU tuners, and a few companies who rebuild comp. wheels, etc to stay right away from them.
I don't know anyone personally with one, but I can't fault my Vortech, just the CAPA cockheads that supply the bracket.
