I am looking at turbo charging my XF fairmont sedan. I have already got a 550 hp Garrett turbo and was wondering if i am wasting my time putting it on a carby 4.1. Just looking for any advise that isn't big bucks coz i'm pretty handy when it comes to anything mechanical. i would like to pull about 300hp out of the old girl and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Way back they run a constant felocity carb on them such as S.U and Stromburg..From Mercedes Benz..
But there are guys making Holley work with blow through set ups..Such as these with carb hats ..http://www.superiorairflow.com/extreme_velocity.htm
