Could someone please give me some idea on how to make a manifold to suit an eb xr6 motor

Get some 3mm 1 1/2" steam pipe bends and straght, laser cut some flanges for the turbo you want and the head, then weld it together.

Or you could buy an aftermarket one? there is a member on here who makes and sells turbo manifolds to suite e-series, i don't know his user name though.. eb6onN2o or sumthin?
DansEdgli has one of these manifolds, his car is pretty quick.

Yep, it goes alright I spose.

EB6 on N20 is his name. Im pretty sure he makes them still, they are cheap at around $850 too.

I want to do it as cheap as possible. My mate said he could make the manifold for FREE "yay" all he needs is the designe. I got The turbo for free and no it isnt stuffed because my mate had it on his skyline but he wrote the car off he only had third party so i got the turbo plus he owed me cash.

Turbotorana has posted up a picture of his design. His design is slightly different to what I have been recomended and mounts the turbo underneath as opposed to on top. This I think stops roasting other things

You should be able to get a 12mm flange plate throug a good exaust shop.
