Re: turbo setup help please

yeah looks like the 60mm is the go. It falls in my target HP. Those compressor maps are getting easier to read...slowly (my eyes are very sore).
I know this may sound silly but i'm still unsure about the Ar on the hot side. t-3 comes in .84 and .96 or t-04 comes in .7.
I think the t-4 is the go......?????Hmmmmm.
I just think the t-3 hybrid is to small for my mass of exhaust pipes to collaps into. Please feel free to argue with me about it if i'm wrong

Re: turbo setup help please

Hmmm ??? It's a latter design, ball bearing with latter engineering..Not quite as big as the bigger T series..But put out some serious power with less lag ...Same line as XR6T...

Re: turbo setup help please

hi, im also building a 351 windsor twin turbo. I got a set of scat h beams for cheap in 5.955', and am going to stroke to 393 with these rods and a 1.6 pin height piston. I originally didnt want to stroke it but found out i cant get steel crank in 3.5 stroke. Luckily after i got the rods, i found out i could use them iwth the 1.6 piston. Any way what compression should i run, i was thinking 8.7:1. i would get this with a -30cc piston with a 1.6 p/h, 023 deck clearance. (3.85 stroke, 9.503 block roller). Does this sound ok? The only pisotns i can find off shelf are probe 12349 030's. Im doing it on a budget, have heard some bad things bout them but you hear more bad than good. These are a forged 2618 alloy so how bad can they be? Can get them for $760 aud. got rods for $450 and am hoping to spend $8-900 on crank. So it is a cheap but strong bottom end.
