Question 1999 Expedition dvd moniter mounts

I have a ? for any body that can help me.I'm getting ready to install a Directed Video moniter 10.4" LCD screen right behind my upper head console. Now the 99 Expedition has A/C vent controls right behind the upper console then after that the head liner is contured for the A/C vents.I am planning on installing this moniter over the center vent for the A/C.I need to know after the head liner is there something I can mount this moniter to,with sheet metal screws or what.Is their some thin sheet of metal before you get to the top outter outside shell of the SUV,how deep is this space, and how much room do I have in between the top outter shell and the inside piece of metal if there is one.Any help would greatly be appreciated.Thank you
