6.0 diesel problem code po232

i have a 05 f 250 superduty fx4..my truck wont start it wants to turn over i can hear the fuel pump when i turn the truck to the on positon...but wont crank... i got a scan tool and had problem code PO232 come up, which said Fuel pump secondary circuit high, ive check all my grounds relays fuses...etc, could it be the inertia switch? ive checked it and the button dose not seem to do anything, is something wrong with the switch? if you press the button is it suppose to stay down? because mine dosent seem to do stay down when i push it

Unfortunately, I can't find a schematic for your truck, but if you have continuity across the switch, it's not the switch. I'm assuming you have a multimeter, verify you're actually getting power to the pump, it might be a bad pump.
