Andre3000 Registered User Join Date: Mar 2004 Posts: 4	88 Taurus Taillight Hi, I recently bought a 1988 Taurus with only 9k miles for cheap. Since I was originally planning on spending more on a car I have a little left over, and the taillights of the Taurus make me want to vomit in terror. If anyone has ever searched for custom taillights for 88 Tauruses I'm sure you know that they are almost impossible to find (unless someone can prove me wrong ). However, I have found custom taillights for 1987-1990 Ford Mustangs that fit the measurements of my car. So my question is, is it possible to install these headlights without ruining any of my car's electrical system (in other words, are the Mustang taillights compatable with my Taurus)? Or are they electrically mismatched and will therefore screw up my car somehow? Thanks in advance for any help. :) Last edited by Andre3000; 03-30-2004 at 11:28.
