98 sable int. lights & power windows dead

I was installing an alarm and seemed to have killed my power windows and interior lights. I connected the battery to test the system and forgot to disconnect the battery. I was making a final connection on the interior light wire and there was a spark. It blew the light under the dash and it must have done something else as well. I have checked every fuse I can think of and they are all fine. Any help?

Double check your fuses.

There is likely to be one that is blown.

Is there one fuse that controls power windows and interior lights? I was thinking it might be a relay. Anyone know how to tell if a relay is bad?

The diagram on the fusepanel door can give you that information. I do not have one here to look at to confirm.
