today it was 41 degrees in adelaide, and my au2 aircon convientiently decided it had had enough. Before I take it into ford, had anyone had the following problem:

no matter what the setting is, the aircon will only blow onto the windscreen.

I have checked the adjusting cable and thats all fine.

the vacuum line has come adrift... from memory i think its attached under the r.h.f inner guard..

It is definatly a vacuum problem but sorry can not tell you were to look.Take it to a auto elect. cheaper than Ford

thanks guys, will have a look. Its still under warranty, which was the only reason I was taking it to ford. Might be able to fix it myself though.
