JC's are a lot brighter then what globe caps will do.
if the AU needles are like the older ones then it should be paint, u can scrape the paint off the older needles, might be worth a try :)

i think ull find that with globe covers blue will always turn out to be a greeny colour i have changed them on my mates AU and they are a slight green, I'm working on making them blue without LED's. I'll post on here ASAP when and if I succeed.
