AU Fairmont Ghia T/C and ABS Light
Well, I'm wondering if you guys can help me.
Recently my car blew the fuse for the Fan Coils, which when removed, makes the ABS light come on (don't know why).
Anyway, I pulled over, noticed something was wrong, and checked the fuse and replaced it.
Now I'm intermittently getting my ABS and Traction control lights on (for about 5 minute periods), in which time I have no ABS or TC. I tested this. Pressing the TC button does nothing, the light just stays on.
So what the hell is it? After about 5 minutes, both lights go off and ABS and T/C Work perfectly.
I'm selling the car soon so I'd really prefer to not have to worry about fixing it up if it's going to be major.
- The fuse in the engine bay may be a culprit, I've bought a new one, but how do you change it, it looks like it's screwed in!
